I might think of this today as Warwick's Town Green, but in the 1940s and 50s it was not named as such. The railroad station was not a station for trains anymore. I believe it functioned as a drop off point for mail as I remember seeing the mail truck often parked there. I think I remember that anyway. But what I can’t recall was the name of that pleasant, gentle man who drove the mail truck - back and forth to the Goshen station - for so many years in the forties and fifties.
      Doty Faulls, memory still intact, has informed me that the man's name was Stanley Anderson. Thanks Doty. Wonder what happened to Stanley?
      One thing you may see on this web sight is that a number of Sue and Chickie Heiblim's pictures were taken here on the "Green" which was across from the Warwick Novelty Shop.
