Minna Heiblim and Charlie Kittner. Charlie is obviously home on leave from the Navy. My guess is that it's the furlough immediately after boot camp.
I remember Charlie as a friendly lad and being around Cottage Street often when I was about four. Charley was likely in his late teens, and I think he lived out West street way. As I recall, when he played baseball with us he hit a lot of balls out of the yard. ... from
