I had some old copies of the Warwick Dispatch around the house and when I opened one I came across this picture. At first I thought that Miss Realtor, must be some local gimmick from one or our famed realtors, Raynor or Sanford. Hey - who knew, I thought. Then I read the caption. Apparently Miss Realtor was representing the greater Miami area - a considerably larger stage than the village of Warwick. So congrats to Alyce, 50 years later. ... from Warwick Dispatch
