Shirley Masker Nauman sent in this wonderful photo of these precious Warwick children gathered in front of the High Street school. She writes:

This is 1940/41 or 1941/42 Mrs. Damaschke's first/second grade class at High Street School. Most I cannot identify, but perhaps others visiting your site will be able to name.

The ones I know are: Front row, left to right: Frances Bradner, Elaine Anderson, Jane Wood, Bernice Akin, Ray (Barry) Buchanan, Hartley Paffenroth, and, I think, Elinor Stamski, unknown.

The only others I know are in the back row, left to right: unknown, unknown, Edith Jenkins, unknown, Ellen Decker, Shirley Masker, Dawn Peschel, Grace Buckbee.
